We realize emergencies & sicknesses will happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will gladly do that and you can reapply your deposit to the next appointment. For non emergent cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and it may not be applied to your next appointment.
