Cancellation & Booking Policy By booking an appointment with Calm Crown Herbal Head Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following policies. Appointment Deposit A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve all appointments. * The deposit is non-refundable. * If you need to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. * If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. Cancellation Policy I kindly ask that all appointment changes be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Your $50 booking deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee, meaning you will only be charged the remaining balance, if applicable. Example: A $140 appointment has a 50% cancellation fee of $70. Since your $50 deposit is applied to that fee, only the remaining $20 would be charged to the card on file. Appointment Reminders As a courtesy, appointment reminders are automatically sent 3–4 days before your appointment. These reminders include a link that allows you to easily confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment before the 48-hour cancellation window. Not receiving a reminder does not waive the cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments. Why This Policy Exists Calm Crown Herbal Head Spa is a small, independently owned business with one provider. Appointments are often booked 2–3 months in advance, and each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations are extremely difficult to fill, even with a cancellation list. When an appointment is canceled without sufficient notice, that reserved time often cannot be rebooked, resulting in a loss of income and preventing another client from receiving an available appointment. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Calm Crown Herbal Head Spa. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you authorize Calm Crown Herbal Head Spa to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation fees in accordance with this policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in future booking restrictions.
